Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or get an estimate or service from East Hemet Sunrooms & Patios, a sunroom contractor based in East Hemet, CA. When you browse the site, call us or ask for a quote, you agree to these terms, so please read them first.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. You can always go back to our home page to see what we do.

What we do

We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in East Hemet and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page.

What's on this website is general information about the kind of work we do. It isn't an offer to do any particular job, because every house, lot and room is different. The work we'll do on your house is set out in the written agreement we both sign.

Estimates and pricing

Our quotes are free, given on site, and come with no obligation. Each estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, and it stays good for the time written on it.

Sometimes we find something after work starts that nobody could see beforehand, like damaged framing or a slab that won't carry the new room. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found, and get your written approval before we do any added work at added cost. Changes you ask for after signing are priced and approved in writing the same way.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set start and finish dates with you and work to keep them. Weather, material deliveries, inspections and permit timing can still move a schedule, and we aren't responsible for delays we can't control, though we'll tell you as soon as we know about one.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (951) 484-2079 as early as you can. Your written agreement explains your cancellation rights and any charges for materials already ordered or work already done.

Payment

Your written agreement spells out what you'll pay and when, including any deposit and progress payments. Please pay each amount by its due date, because we order materials and schedule the crew around that plan.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled. We may also use the remedies the law allows to collect amounts that stay unpaid.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written into your agreement. Warranties on windows, panels, roofing and other materials come from the companies that make them, and we'll give you their paperwork. Following each maker's care instructions helps keep those warranties in force.

Apart from what's promised in writing, this website and everything on it are provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's always complete, current or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to what you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under California law.

If we disagree

If something isn't right, tell us first by calling or using our Contact page, so we can come look at it and make it right. Most problems get settled that way.

If we can't work it out together, we both agree to try good-faith negotiation or mediation before either of us goes to court, unless your written agreement says otherwise.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court case about them or about our services will be brought in the courts serving Riverside County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. An update doesn't change a written agreement you've already signed for your job.
